As all items are custom made, you're not allowed to return. But if the item turns out to be of unsatisfactory condition, we will request for a return on a case by case basis, and we'll offer either an exchange or refund.

If prints are peeling or fading within 30 days, we'll do an exchange or refund.

Depending on how the damage is done, either a bad product produced, or during delivery, we'll investigate before doing a replacement or refund, you'll be required to send us a photo for this.

Please let us know about the part that you're unsatisfied with as we're constantly improving on the print, but most of our machines are using the latest state-of-the-art technologies. We'll still do a replacement if items are not acceptable, or a refund if it's beyond our printing capabilities.
